Hong Lilai, male, born in January 1973, with an on-the-job postgraduate diploma and a master’s degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, and currently serves as member of the Leading Party Members Group and Secretary-General of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.
He assists in handling the routine work of the municipal government under the leadership of the mayor, and is responsible for work related to the General Office of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.
