Jiang Min, female, born in February 1978, master degree, member of the Communist Party of China. Currently working as the Deputy Mayor of Nanjing and member of the Leading Party Members Group of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.

She is responsible for work related to science and technology, industry, information technology, market supervision, high-tech zones, power supply, and communication.

She supervises several municipal government departments: 

Bureau of Science and Technology, Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Administration), Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, Jiangning Development Zone Management Committee, Management Committee for the Development of Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park (Ecological Science and Technology City), China (Nanjing) Software Valley Management Committee, Nanjing Xingong Investment Group Co., Ltd.

She also maintains communication with the following municipal entities:

Nanjing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Nanjing Municipal Women’s Federation (Working Committee for Women and Children), Nanjing Municipal Science and Technology Association, Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Communication Agency Nanjing Branch, Nanjing Power Supply Company and Nanjing Salt Industry Company.
