Male, born in October 1975, bachelor’s degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as Deputy Mayor of Nanjing and Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.

He is responsible for work related to planning, natural resources, ecology and environment, urban and rural development, housing security, transportation and engineering construction, port construction management, water conservancy and water affairs, urban management, and forestry and parks.

He supervises several municipal government departments: 

Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Nanjing Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Development, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Housing Security and Real Estate, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Transportation (Local Railway Development Office), Nanjing Municipal Water Authority, Nanjing Municipal Urban Management Bureau(Bureau of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement), Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Forestry and Parks (Bureau of Forestry), Nanjing Underground Railway Engineering Construction Headquarters (Metro Group Co., Ltd.), Management Committee of Hexi New Town Development and Construction Management, Management Committee of Southern New Town Development and Construction Management, Xianlin University Town Management Committee, Nanjing Housing Provident Fund Management Center, Nanjing Urban Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Nanjing Communications Group, Nanjing Anju Construction Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Water Group, Nanjing Hexi New Town State-owned Property Management Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Nanjing Municipal Land Reserve Center, and Nanjing Municipal Public Engineering Construction Center.
