Male, born in June 1972, master’s degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of CPC Nanjing Municipal Committee, Acting Mayor, and Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.
He oversees the comprehensive operations of the municipal government, particularly work related to finance and auditing.
