Xu Feng, male, born in October 1973, with an in-service postgraduate diploma. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and now serves as Deputy Mayor and Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.

He is responsible for work related to civil affairs, community management, agriculture and rural affairs, coordinated urban and rural development, beautiful countryside development, commerce, foreign economic relations, foreign trade, foreign investment, modern service industry, service outsourcing, comprehensive bonded zones, investment promotion, capital attraction,  veterans affairs, people’s armed forces, military-civilian mutual support and  state-owned asset management. 

He supervises the following municipal government departments: 

Nanjing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce (Office for Port Services), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Nanjing Branch (Convention and Exhibition Office), Nanjing Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs, Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island Management Committee, Nanjing Southeast State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Investment Management Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., Nanjing Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and Nanjing New Agriculture and Rural Area Development Group Co., Ltd. 

He also maintains communication with the following municipal institutions:

Military units (armed police forces) stationed in Nanjing, Nanjing Municipal Meteorological Bureau, Nanjing Disabled Persons’ Federation, Nanjing Charity Federation, Nanjing Municipal Committee on Aging, Jinling Customs, Nanjing Lukou Airport Customs, Xinshengwei Customs, Nanjing Municipal Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
