Xu Feng, male, born in October 1973, with an on-the-job postgraduate diploma. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and now serves as Deputy Mayor and member of the Leading Party Members Group of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government.

He is responsible for work related to civil affairs, community management, agriculture and rural affairs, urban-rural overall development, beautiful countryside development, commerce, foreign economics, foreign trade, foreign investment, modern service industry, service outsourcing, comprehensive bonded zones, investment promotion, attracting investment, affairs of retired military personnel, people's armed force, military-civilian mutual support and  state-owned asset management. He is temporarily in charge of ecology and environment, water conservancy and water affairs. 

He supervises several municipal government departments: 

Civil Affairs Bureau, Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Bureau of Commerce (Office for Port Services), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Nanjing Branch (Convention and Exhibition Office), Investment Promotion Bureau, Bureau for Retired Military Personnel, Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island Management Committee, Nanjing Southeast State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Nanjing Xinnong Development Group Co., Ltd. He is temporarily in charge of

Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Water Authority, Nanjing Water Group.

He also maintains communication with the following municipal entities:

Armed Police Force in Nanjing, Meteorological Bureau, Disabled Persons’ Federation, Charity Federation, Municipal Committee on Aging, Jinling Customs, Nanjing Lukou Airport Customs, Xinshengwei Customs, Nanjing Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
