On 25th March, Zhou Hongbo, Secretary of CPC Nanjing Municipal Committee, met with Mr. Pascal Vanhalst, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SUSPA GmbH. 

SUSPA GmbH is a global leader in the field of automobile shock absorption system and precision engineering. In 2001, SUSPA set up its manufacturing base and R&D center in Nanjing, which is the first and only one in China. In recent years, SUSPA (Nanjing) company has expanded rapidly, making it a vivid example that shows how German-funded enterprises burgeon in Nanjing.

During the meeting, Zhou Hongbo noted that, as a leading company in the industrial chain, SUSPA is anticipated to play a more active role in driving upstream and downstream investors and enterprises to cluster in Nanjing. Zhou added that Nanjing will continue to build a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment to support sound growth of all kinds of enterprises.

Mr. Vanhalst spoke highly of the business environment, governmental services, and talent supply of Nanjing. He added that SUSPA will stay rooted in Nanjing, continue to expand investment, and seek further development with its Chinese partners.
