Labor Supervision

If workers are bothered with violations of labor laws and regulations such as wage arrears, they can file complaints or reports to nearby labor security supervision agencies or call the provincial unified labor security complaint hotline "12333". Labor security supervision agencies at all levels in our city will handle and rectify these issues in accordance with the law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Labor Arbitration

Where a labor dispute arises, if a party does not desire a consultation, the parties fail to settle the dispute through consultation, or a party does not execute a reached settlement agreement, any party may apply to a mediation organization for mediation; if a party does not desire a mediation, the parties fail to settle the dispute through mediation, or a party does not execute a reached mediation agreement, any party may apply to a labor dispute arbitration commission for arbitration; and a party disagreeing to an arbitral award may bring an action in the people's court except as otherwise provided for by this Law. Labor dispute arbitration committees at all levels in our city will handle labor disputes in accordance with law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. In the event of a labor dispute, workers can call 12333 to apply for labor dispute mediation services.
