| Nanjing to Build 10 Museums |
|
Nanjing Key Cultural Project Plan (Draft) indicates that Nanjing will deliver 56 cultural projects before 2015, including 11 site parks, i.e. Dabao’en Temple, Ming Imperial Palace, Qingliang Hill, Yangshan Stele Material, Niushou Hill, 2 Tombs of Southern Tang King, Xuecheng and Yanzhi River; 10 museums, i.e. the Six Dynasties Museum, China Imperial Exam Museum. A batch of public cultural projects such as Luhe Cultural Town and Hexi Cultural and Art Center have been listed. Nanjing Calligraphy and Painting Institute and Art Gallery (moved) will be moved to workshop of the original yarn dyed fabric mill in Mendong area, covering an are of 12,000 square meters. |
