Since 2006, Phoenix Contact has successfully undertaken Sino-Germany Vocational Education Conference for the consecutive 4th time. “Sino-Germany Vocational Education Conference aims to further promote the communication between China and Germany in terms of vocational education, reinforce the cooperation with German enterprises in China and propels the integration of “production, teaching and studying” of vocational education” Gu Jiandang, General Manger of Phoenix says. 

 Transforming talent cultivation pattern according to company demands has become the key of “order development” of Phoenix Contact. As the introducer and practiser of “dual system” education, Phoenix has established 6 labs in Sino-Germany Engineering College of Tongji University, Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College and so on, where a lot of practical technical talents have been fostered. “It not only shows corporate social responsibility, but also provides guarantee for the company to reserve talents and promote self-innovation” Professor Li Musong, President, Vice-chairman of Phoenix Contact and vice-chairman of Nanjing Vocational Education Association says.
