On 3rd, Yang Xiyao, a returned talent after studying abroad and CEO of a company received the letter of appointment as the counsellor for High-level Returned Overseas Students’ Enterprising in Nanjing. Together with him, 11 professionals also received the letter. It is reported that, they will be the first group of members in “Returned Talent Enterprising Brain Trust”.

The reporter gets to know that these talents consist of professionals working in government organs and successful entrepreneur or risk investment principals. They will provide a comprehensive guidance of taxation, fund and experience for returned overseas students who want to start a business in Nanjing.

A responsible person of Nanjing Personnel Bureau introduces that, among the 12,000 returned overseas students in Nanjing, 300 have started business in municipal or district enterprising park. Nanjing is determined to invest 3 billion RMB in bringing in high-level innovative pioneers of enterprising; establishing scientific research result transformation platform and planning and developing burgeoning industries.
