On June 25, the signing ceremony of Vance China (Nanjing) Service Outsourcing Training Center (Vance Training Center) was hosted in the Jiangsu Software Park Jishan Base in Jiangning Development Zone.

Mr. Zhu said, talents count a lot in developing the service outsourcing industry. Since Nanjing has the advantage of scientific education talents, it is focusing on building the service outsourcing industry to be a characteristic industry. But the talents crisis co-exists with the advantage. It is good that the Vance Training Center entered Jiangning. Taking it as an opportunity, Nanjing will train teams of excellent managers and technicians for the service outsourcing industry.

Mr. Zhu added that though the service outsourcing industry is a new-emerging one, Nanjing has the condition and power to become a national leading model city in this field. Nanjing will try its best to be the Top three in the nation, and Jiangning will be the leading one in Nanjing.
