At the end of last month, the Organization Department of municipal Party committee’s “long-distance educational service platform life guide” which was assumed by party branch of METRO Yuhua store formally opened. In this half month, the platform obligatorily answered question nearly 500 that was 30 per day in average. That created the highest record of long-distance educational service platform. The people who are responsible to answer the “life guide” questions are 16 party members of the party member service station of Yuhua Store. The service station is the first party branch service station of foreign capital enterprises in Jiangsu.
The service station was founded in last June. It was really shocking that the “world top 500” foreign capital company firstly established a party service station.
Besides of proving many living service, party members in the service station still pays more attention to their own obligations serving for the development of the enterprise. At the peak sales period of the grand festival, the party members will develop a program of “one hour each day”. Each member will obligatorily work overtime for one hour a day to clear up the handcart in the parking lot and push them to the front desk. Some of the members checks the leaks actively and puts forward the improving suggestion to the store. Party members in the station put forward thr suggestion of establishing the QC Department and Big customer Department, which are accepted by the general manager. The QC Department and Big customer Department established sooner, two senior party members were appointed the department leader. The founding of the two departments prevented the unqualified commodities entering the store. The satisfaction of big customers kept increasing; the benefit of the enterprise kept raising… These measures greatly promoted the sales accomplishment and established the enterprises figure.
