On December 17th, a newly completed "ribbon" landscape flyover debuted on Hengjiang Avenue in Jiangbei New Area. The upper and lower decks of this flyover cross each other and are divided into red and blue with the shape being like two elegant ribbons. After official opening, it will become another beautiful landscape in Jiangbei New Area.
