Beijing Branch Station of “Nanjing Talent Station” Is Established

On Oct. 22nd, Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and LEADERVC jointly set up a branch station of “Nanjing Talent Station” in Beijing. Relying on the marketized resources, the station in Beijing is to expand service channels and move the service position forward, so that the "last kilometer" talent service will be delivered to the door of talents in other places.

 
“Nanjing Talent Station” integrates the functions of policy propaganda, talents introduction, follow-up matters handling, etc. fully publicizing Nanjing's urban characteristics, industrial structure and talent policy, so that talents can fully understand the unique charm of Nanjing, a city of humanities and a city of science and education. The talent station will provide a catalogue of talent shortages in Nanjing, release the demand for highly educated talents, carry out the talent recruitment activity and middle&high-end talents hunting activity, and assist in applying for rent subsidies, interview subsidies, startup subsidies, etc. For example, the station will organize and carry out master&doctor related campus recruitment and talent hunting activities according to the demand information, combined with the major setup condition of local colleges and the characteristics of the industrial structure.

 
“Next, ‘Nanjing Talent Station’ will focus on the demand for highly educated talents in serving new R&D institutions and ‘4+4+1’ leading industries to create a fast channel for high-level talents to innovate and start up business in Nanjing .” Said Liu Li, director general of Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. In addition to Beijing station, 8 domestic cities including Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hefei, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu, as well as Australia, America, Britain and other countries also officially listed and established "Nanjing Talent Station" on the same day.
