World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix final to be held in Nanjing

Chinese women's volleyball team won the championship at the Rio Olympic Games held this year and came back to the top of the world.Chinesewere filled with deep emotion.And in the next year, Nanjing Chinese women's volleyballfans can be close to see masters winning golden medals.

2017 World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix is determined to be held in Nanjing next year, August 2 to 6. The State Sports General Administration of Volleyball Management Center, deputy director Liu Wenbin and other guests jointly announced that the preparations for the World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix officially launchedin 2017 core sports resource promotion and sports industry development forum On Dec 19. This is also the first time for China to host the eventagainin five years.

2017 World Volleyball Grand Prix will welcome a total of 32 teams, divided into three grades. China, the United States, Brazil and the other 12 teams will participate in the first grade of the game. This time, Nanjing will host the first grade, whichis the finals. The finals will welcome a total of six participating teams. In addition to the host Chinese women's volleyball, there are five teams who got the highest points in 3 races.

In addition to the world women's volleyball Grand Prix finals, Nanjing will also usher in the "Silk Road" Beach Volleyball World Tour, U21 World Beach Volleyball Youth Championship, the world's top 3 basketball FIBA3X3 Challenge and other exciting events in next year. During the subsequent Sports Industry Development Forum, the guests discussed the opportunities and challenges that associated with the development of sports industry. They also discussedabout policy discussion, financing cooperation, scientific and technological exchange, market prospect and Internet, and the development of sports industry in terms of system, management, talents, marketing, communication, business models and other aspects of the exchange of views.
